I was a 20 year Benjamin Moore customer; I have completed a number of renovations and I have always been very happy with both their products and services until earlier this year. I tried to check out 4 wallpaper books and I was told that I would need to pay a deposit which I was happy to do until I was told that the deposit was not refundable. I have checked out many wallpaper books in this store before with no deposit prior so, I was surprised with the policy - I was told that it was put in place by the new owners due to designers not returning the books. I objected to the policy and took it to
