The Workplace Mental Health program addresses work/life balance, building respectful workplaces, and dealing with stress and mental illness in the workplace. CMHA-NL's Education Program offers mental health and mental illness awareness and educational sessions for children, youth, young adults and parents through schools, community groups, and community centres.
The Justice Program provides in-reach to inmates with mental illness at Her Majesty's Penitentiary and intensive case management/community support after release for a period of one year. At Work assists individuals with mental health issues and are unemployed (or under-employed) obtain and maintain competitive employment.

CMHA-NL's Workplace Mental Health Program and our Education Program offer mental health training and educational sessions for individuals, workplaces, schools, and other groups. From two-day certification courses to lunch-and-learns, our qualified facilitators can customize sessions to meet your needs.

Our mission is to facilitate access to the resources people require to maintain and improve mental health and community integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness.
