I went in today to get a circular cross-stitch piece framed, and the staff there were SO incredibly nice!! They didn’t have any circular frames per-say, but the woman offered to cut out a circular mat to put into a square frame. She recommended a nice color, and even cut out the mat right then and there since I needed my piece framed pretty last minute for a present. I was so appreciative of that, and she was just so sweet and helpful the whole way through.

Embarrassingly, I walked in for the first time today with very little sense of what they do there (asked about stretcher frames in stock). Sometimes salespeople (esp in smaller specialty shops) don't look very kindly on that, and get impatient. Instead, the team there was very kind and gave me the pitch on their services and encouraged me to browse. Every question I had (I typically have a few) they treated me with lots of good nature and patience, and although I chose something very inexpensive in the end, when I mentioned needing to ship a large canvas they offered and gave me a couple of large

They restored a frame for my wife which was very damaged. Being approx 70 years old it was very fragile and missing many pieces from 3 corners and on one side. Although if felt like they took a long time to do it and I may have gotten a little impatient at times. I never understood the scope of what had to be done. I cannot say enough how beautiful the frame restoration looked like it was brand new and nothing ever broke on the frame. Not only that but how reasonably priced the repair was. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Frame By Design. Went in to have a poster plaqued. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure we understood all the options. Helped us make the decisions that worked best for us and had the work completed faster than expected. Strongly recommend Frame by Design. We'll probably be back to purchase some framed original art that they had on display. Prices were very reasonable.
