Our Home Inspection will provide a comprehensive buyer's home inspection to helps reduce risks when purchasing a home making the client aware of possible costly repairs or safety risks. We have hired Brian twice now for inspections in two properties, he does such good work. He does such a throughout inspection of the property and gives us so much information every time. His prices are great, he’s always on time and just a pleasure to deal with all around. Very professional and easy to talk to very friendly, can’t say enough good things honestly. On our last property weeks after the inspection we had some questions about the facets in the place and Brian helped us out right away and answered all our questions. AWESOME TO DEAL WITH!!!! I have dealt with a few different inspectors regarding a few different properties over the years and this one was A+ in my books. SUPER easy to deal with, SUPER thorough in his approach and I was absolutely blown away with the quality and detail of both the personal walk-through and the written report. He even offered unlimited future questions and answers for the time we own the house, at no additional charge. As well, the few things that could not be inspected, due to weather, he offered to return at a later date with no additional charge. Would definitely work with him

Bryan did an awesome home inspection for us! I called a few home inspectors in the area and right from the beginning he was the most helpful in answering my questions. He was incredibly thorough, and went over every part of the house with us-inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Our realtor arranged for Bryan to do a home inspection for our first home purchase a year ago. Even though he was booked up, Bryan managed to fit us in so we could meet the deadline for our home purchasing conditions. He was excellent and thorough. At the end we got a detailed report showing everything that we should address in the house and how quickly it should be done. Would definitely use him again!

We contacted Bryan when we were in the process of purchasing our first home this month. I have nothing but amazing things to say about him! He walked through the house with us after he did a very thorough inspection, and answered every question we had. Since we are first time home owners, he gave guidance on how to maintain our new home which was much appreciated. Bryan was asked to inspect my roof, and I was very impressed by how quickly he was able to work me into his schedule. He was very thorough and produced his report almost immediately. Couldn't be happier with Bryan! He was able to inspect the house I was looking at the morning after I contacted him and he was awesome.
