David Highgate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a thesis in acoustic perception and earned a post graduate diploma as a Research Analyst. David has been working as an Infant Hearing Screener at Etobicoke Hospital since 2001 and earned a diploma as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2007 from George Brown College.

I came for an earwax removal, and was treated with nothing but kindness from the front staff and Dr. David as well. There was clear communication on what he was doing throughout the procedure and did his best to make it as simple as possible. Thank you to the staff for a great experience. Highly recommend it.

The staffs were very rude and unorganized. They asked for my information after the appointment was done and gave so much attitude. The doctor's room was also a mess! The tools were all in a bin and it looked nasty. So unsanitary. He didn't even bother cleaning it before using it on me. He's also very unprofessional, the way he spoke was unknowledgeable and made jokes. The whole process was uncomfortable and he was just not good. I will never come back again.

I went in today, and was seen by Dr. Highgate. I was happy that he helped me with my ears and always made sure I was not in pain. He treated me with great bedside manners. He did a lot of work on both my ears and I loved his enthusiasm trying to clean them. This was my first time going there and I will continue to see him even if its quite a drive. I will recommend him and his office to other people who need help. I can understand why my Family Doctor did not help me, because Dr. Highgate did a lot of work on my ears. I like how he never left me hanging, and made sure that something was to be done

I had a hearing test and custom silicon earplugs made by this company and they were the most professional people I've worked with, so I don't understand the negative reviews. They sound like some one trying to troll this company. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Mr. Highgate was very accommodating, patient and explained the entire process to make me comfortable (an injectable mold had to be injected into my ears). I was shown many options and never felt pressured to buy any particular product. My ear plugs were made in a timely manner and I was so happy with the product that I had my husband

These people are amazing. I purchased my hearing aids from them and I am so happy with the services they have provided me by finding the most suitable hearing aids for me. They also do great follow up appointments to make sure everything is okay.

I have been there 3 times . Each time, I’ve received excellent, professional care delivered with kindness. I’ve got my hearing test done by this clinic as well as the cleaning for my ears.
My ears were blocked and I was not able to hear anything but after I got them cleaned by Dr. David Highgate, I felt much better and I’m glad to have such a great place to go and get excellent service.

My family Physician referred to see ENT Specialist. I had so much trouble hearing for last few weeks. When I reached at the Clinic, I found out that my appointment is after two days. I requested the receptionist. She, somehow, understood my agony and discomfort. She asked me to wait if doctor has sometime for me. Eventually, Doctor got me in. Wax problem was so intense that Dr. David took his time and kept working on to resolve the wax problem in a very professional manner. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor.
