This Ancient Sanskrit term simply translates to "Be one for whom thy guest is god." This phrase eloquently captures the essence of the philosophy of hospitality of the Indian Sub-Continent. As early as 6000 B.C the Aryans arrived in the area and established themselves in the North and drove the original natives the Dravidians to the south.
This refers to the Never Ending search that makes the Male Musk Deer roam ceaselessly in the forests trying to search for the source of the enticing musky fragrance which in fact is emitted from the musk glands on his own body. Very similar to our every day endeavors. No V.L.Ts so as to provide an exclusive environment.

Spice Trail was my first introduction to East Indian food, and now it's a weekly staple for me. They offer traditional meals as feel as well as some creative East Indian/American fusions. I've been many times and the food has always been perfect. The staff are always super friendly and cheerful and the atmosphere is very relaxed with beautiful decor. I highly recommend everyone try this restaurant.

I was asked very politely to leave a review, but they didn’t specify if they wanted it to be Favourable! But in all seriousness, this is a very good Restaurant. I’ve been here twice and I’m eager to go again. I’ve tried items that are unknown to me and everything has been delicious. They have a beautiful masala chai tea, that is perfect before any dish. The yogurt used in many dishes is made in house and you can really taste the difference. I love the butter paneer and my friend enjoyed her meal as well. The Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The bathroom could use some paint touch ups and

We ordered from The Spice Trail and the container with rice was hardly filled. For $6 you’d think you could spare some RICE! The butter chicken only had a couple pieces of chicken in it. A total rip off! The… prices were outrageous compared to other Indian restaurants I’ve ordered from. They’re trying to make all the money without giving costumers any food. Won’t ever order from here again.

Nice restaurant, huge and has a bar/lounge along with buffet on the other side. Nice ambiance and great customer service. We tried the supper buffet, they serve Indo Chinese fusion along with Indian food such as chilli chicken, noodles as well as tikka, butter chicken, naan etc. I like that mix however, the food didn’t taste fresh at all. Price is reasonable and food quality is average.
