Kitchener Osteopathy
Osteopathy deals with the underlying cause of pain, to help you feel better long after your visit. At Kitchener Osteopathy, my treatment plan focuses on the body as a whole and not just the specific location of the pain. I often find that pain in one area of the body is caused by dysfunction in another area.

Osteopathy is drug-free and non-invasive. It emphasizes total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. This includes the joints, muscles and spine. Osteopathy aims to positively affect the body's nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Treatments are safe and effective for all age groups.
Services
You'll find Kitchener Osteopathy at 900 Guelph Street, Suite 205 (between River Bend Drive and Lancaster Street), a minute from the expressway. There is plenty of free parking at the side of the building and you may enter at the face of the building, first door on the right. Take the stairs to the second floor, open the door to Suite 205 for the private waiting area and make yourself comfortable.
Osteopathic Manual Therapy follows the theory that imbalances in the human structure are connected to the progression of pain and disease. Because our bodies self-regulate and self-heal, osteopaths work with the body's natural capacities to help remove obstructions in order to restore proper function and drainage of the body's tissues.
Manual osteopathy is widely recognized as one of the safest drug-free, non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal and joint complaints. Please note that although manual osteopathy has an excellent safety record and the associated risks are small, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects.
Prior to studying Osteopathy, Dana Smith spent 16 years in the legal field. As a licensed Paralegal, Dana owned a legal services business that specialized in defence work. At 12 years old I was an active, healthy child with no prior health concerns. I had given my parents little more than the usual bumps and bruises to worry about.
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine that focuses on total body health. It treats the structural and functional mechanics of the body, which include the joints, muscles, and spine. Osteopathy is a form of treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. Osteopathy seeks to find the root cause of pain.

This kind soul let me know that just because Ididn’t die of Covid, I should be happy! She thinks i should be absolutely over the moon that i have permanent lung damage, joint pain and struggle for words. I don’t think you want such a cruel soul aligning your chakras.
