We know that your pet is an important member of your family. That's why the entire team at Britannia Kingsland Veterinary Clinic is focused on providing the best possible care for your pets. Our veterinarians and technicians provide professional and loving care for your pet, and take every effort to provide the best health care for your animal.
You are always involved in the decision making process for your pet. We strive to clearly present treatment options, along with the cost and benefit of each option, so you that you can make an educated decision for your companion. We always want you to feel that you are part of the plan, and being consulted every step of the way.
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). If you have any questions about our payment options please contact the clinic for more information. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We encourage our clients to look into pet insurance. This is a great way to keep your pet safe.
At Britannia Kingsland Veterinary Clinic our goal is to provide medical care in a timely manner. When no-shows, late arrivals or cancellations occur it affects other patients who need access to veterinary care. In order to be respectful of the medical needs of all of our patients, we require 24-hour notice of your need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We have partnered with Gateway Pet Memorial to bring you various cremation and memorial options when it comes to taking care of your pet after making that difficult decision.

I do not normally write negative reviews but I felt very upset and disappointed in the service, and the response that I received when I did voice concerns. I took my very sick dog in and was seen by a vet in this clinic who also was very concerned about how my dog was presenting. He did a very thorough exam and was very good with my dog and with explaining things to me. This appointment which included blood tests came to just under $400.00 which I promptly paid without question. The vet was very concerned for my dog and explained if conditions worsened overnight to take her to the 24 hour emergency

Dr Bartholomew, and team are amazing. Very open and honest, will discuss options and tell you exactly what the factual information is.
I will warn you to be very careful about Dr Murphy who seems to be more motivated by thier bottom line than patient care, or client care... If you get other Dr's your set. Dr murphy? Not a chance

We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately had several bad experiences. It seems like they overcharge and are mainly focused on selling you insurance. Watch out for additional costs.
We called to set up blood work to ensure our dog is healthy to get spayed. When we picked her up they said she needed to have a fecal examination as well. Of course we got it because we want what's best for our pet. It was an additional 65$.
We got a folder after the examination that basically had a receipt and a bunch of pamphlets selling insurance. No actual information on her examination. No records

I love this vet office. Both of the vets there are super kind and helpful and they are so helpful with every problem or concern we have had. My dog even enjoys going there because he likes to socialize with them and they always have a few treats for him.

You guys are the best!! Always looking after my little King when I take him there! I have a new puppy I got over quarantine and Dr Douglas and staff have made us feel so welcome and taken care of!
King loves visiting with the ladies there. He was recently fixed and the care instructions sent home were great and helpful.
Thanks for making me feel welcome and comfortable as well. With King being my first pet I wanted to make sure he is being taken care of. 😊 Would recommend this clinic 100%!
