Nail & Hammer Building Suppls

I ordered a front entrance door from nail and hammer it was supposed to be painted black along with the frame. I picked up the door after many excuses and when I went to install it the frame was brown not black! I called the owner and was not offered any remedy so I ended up driving the door back to their shop which is a 4 hour drive for me. I never once received an apology instead he just made excuses and blamed the paint when you could clearly see it had not been painted!
Terrible company and terrible customer service. Shame on you, as a business owner myself I would never treat my customers

Bad service, inside and on the back of building is a mess, they don't care about there customers. Please go somewhere esle if you want good service

Great staff. Always happy to help and very, very knowledgable. Many places don't have a staff that actually know what they sell. Nail and Hammer know what they sell, which is very helpful.

A unique store...we felt free to scrounge around through the amazing maze of modern as well as old stock. We found bathroom tiles to match those in our fifty-year old home. Staff were friendly and helpful but allowed us the freedom to wander and look into corners and cabinets for hidden treasures. We'll definitely be back.
