We had a serious failure of our phone system, after about an hour of trying to trouble shoot it myself I called Brian at ETC, he quickly diagnosed the problem with me over the phone. Within an hour Brian was here with the part in hand and had us all repaired and up and running in 15 minutes. Great service and highly reliable. Highly recommend Brian and his team! Thanks Brian!
