While only a small proportion will reach the higher competitive levels we feel that it is important to create programs that will inspire children to view sport and athletics as a lifelong habit.
Titans boasts Nova Scotia's largest recreational gymnastics program. We offer classes daily for a wide variety of athletes, from pre-school to adult. We are proud of our commitment to high-quality gymnastics, trampoline, and tumbling at the recreational level. Recreational gymnastics classes at Titans are divided by both age and ability.
Titans offer full day camps for all school-aged children (5-12) filled with gymnastics, trampoline, adventures and games! No experience necessary! For parents, Titans summer camp offers a safe and structured program with excellent staff in a well equipped facility. Titans summer camps are filled with themed adventures, including outdoor play, crafts, special events, active games, and gymnastics.
Less than 5% of recreational gymnasts possess the attributes necessary for competitive gymnastics. Entry into the competitive program is by selection from the recreational program or transfer from another clubs competitive program. In all cases formal evaluations of athlete potential / skill will be done by the Titans Head Coach or designate.
