MPI SALVAGE vehicles can be picked up between the hours of 8:30 and 16:30 with contactless service if the bill of sale or pullout sheet, along with the plate number and a copy of their drivers' licence is emailed to dispatch@acceltowing.ca. REMINDER: MPI Salvage vehicles not picked up within 7 days of the sale date will be charged for storage.

You will be required to come into the office with your MPI salvage Bill of Sale. The bill of sale can be emailed or faxed. Photo ID of the person picking up the salvage vehicle. The plate number of the vehicle you are using to tow the salvage vehicle out of the compound. You will not be permitted to use chains or a tow strap to pull your vehicle out of the yard (Hwy traffic act laws apply).

I called right when they opened the lady on the phone was pleasant and very professional. The driver arrived less than 20 minutes after my phone call. The driver was super friendly and helpful. I told him my plans of getting someone to help me push the car into the garage after it was towed and he backed it right into the garage for me!

Wow! Just wow! The dispatcher is super friendly, and the drivers were very understanding and caring! They even recommended many places for me to bring my car to.
They did a fantastic job! And they even neatly parked my car to where it was supposed to go in it's parking space!

My vehicle broke down on me and I wasn't sure what kind of penalties I would incur leaving it on the side of road. I called them up and within half hour a worker showed up and helped. He was curteous and cool despite the fact it was late and he was probably on call and resting. Good service. Good driver.

Had a good experience with working with them. My truck was totaled over last weekend and we had to go to the yard to remove all our personal items from the totaled truck. The staff was professional and courteous and helpful. They helped remove the wrecked cap and even went out of their way to move another vehicle so I could access mine better! Very pleased with them at a unfortunate time for me. Also, impressed with the level of security in making sure my personal belongings, and that of other people who are in the same situation as me's belongings are kept safe and secure until we are able to
