I was quiet upset as I had booked a haircut for my daughter who was super excited to get her hair done. We had planned and woke up early to be there for our 10am appt. We arrived early at 9.20 only to get a text message at 9.22 saying they had cancelled our appt because " they didn't have time ". I booked online for this very reason. I'm just upset that I wasted my time going there and getting up early for nothing.

I went to Strands for a micro blading treatment. My brows have been thinning over the years and I hate having to always pencil them in. Rupy convinced me I would love the results of micro bladed brow and I must say I am very pleased with the end results. Rupy is very talented and made me feel completely comfortable during the procedure. I will definitely return to Rupy and Strands for my annual touch ups

I take my wife to this Canyon Meadows location every couple of months and couldn't be happier with the service that my wife and i receive from the staff. As I am waiting, I usually chat with the owner or one of the great receptionists to keep me entertained as Sherri gets "primped"! I have heard that they have a second location downtown, but have not visited there yet, but i assume it should be the same, if not better. They also give great men's haircuts as well, and have other services like laser hair removal, but that's not really for me haha.

First of all, I'm writing only about the threading service. I can't speak to the hair stylists, I've never really seen their work.
I've gone here for eyebrow threading for about 3 years now. I see Rupy, and she is truly talented. The price is very affordable and I can't complain at all about their talents.
What I have a problem with is their customer service. I had an appointment recently that I missed. My bad, I know. Truthfully, I was so busy I didn't even realise I'd missed it till they phoned and left a very long passive-aggressive message to let me know
