Up-Right Services Inc. has been working with Premier Lift Equipment for over 5 years. We have purchased 2 used forklifts, completed service and certifications on them with Premier's service team, certified our staff at their training facility and rented forklifts for short term jobs. We started out with a wrong communication between Premier Lift and our shop in the back. The information wasn't pass on properly. So I was very mad at the beginning of the service request. But Rachel and Kevin from Premier Lift came thought with excellent and fast service for our forklift. I was critical about it at first because wrong info passed on to me but eventually my forklift got fixed in a very short time. I'm glade that I choose Premier Lift to come fix my forklift. The salesman sold us on having an excellent service department. So we bought a new power stacker and a used power stacker and had several problems - which are still not solved after 18 mths. There are many good companies out there to deal with and this is definitely not one of them!

I would never buy anything from here again. They sold me a tow motor that has been nothing but head aches since we got it. The tow motor also has no name plate and cannot be inspected for safety.
Training they provided was useless as was all theory and we were never given or shown any hands on practical training. We were told to play around with them and they will come back in a few months to check and see how we are doing. They then sent us certificates in the mail.
