Ken is an such a wonderful person and is so great at what he does. He is very passionate about it and that definitely translates to the great work he does. Yesterday was my second time using this business, a while ago he repaired 2 iphone screens for me and yesterday he repaired my iPad charging port. Very nice to talk to and very informative. Got my iPad fixed and ready within a few hours. Best prices around and quality work. Very impressed and would recommend him to anyone. (I'm sure I'll be back, with 3 kids 😂😂)

I bought a refurbished phone off of ken this morning - The phone wasn't working as expected so i texted ken about it - He was kind and looked at it and agreed with me and gave me a full refund without hesitation ( Trustworthy )

I took my Huawei MediaPad to this fella for a screen replacement and he did a fantastic job. The parts had to be ordered as my device is older and not mainstream but once I was finally able to drop it off with him my tablet was repaired and returned in under two hours. The price was very reasonable and disclosed up front with no hidden or extra fees. I will definitely take devices here in the future.

I was having problems with my phone charging port. I was very impressed with the reviews so I thought I would give him a shot. The reviews are very accurate. His quote was quick and fair (especially considering how much of the phone would need to be taken apart). I brought the phone over and was sent home in less than 10 minutes. The repair ended up being minor repair and he didn't even charge me. What a great guy. Plus I didn't have to break the water resistant seal of the phone. I'll have to break something else so I can support him more in the future. I have been recommending him to friends

A friend recommended Mobiltech as trustworthy. After reading the reviews, and chatting with Ken about a screen replacement, I booked an appointment. Ken was quick to respond and communicated clearly based on my initial inquiry. I visited his business and dropped off my phone, expecting an hour wait, which Ken advised would be about 45 minutes. 25 minutes later it was ready! Not only was the screen replaced, but Ken exceeded my expectations with a level of service that included a cleaning and a bonus screen protector at no additional charge!! I had been trying to find a fix my Note 10+ camera that had been giving blurry shots for no reason. I took it to Ken and he used his "out of the box thinking" to find a solution that not only resolved the issue but also was very cost effective.
I also had another repair on my sister-in-law's galaxy A8 that needed a full screen replacement. Ken had reasonable pricing, efficient service and delivered a flawless phone with a brand new screen.

I contacted Ken on Tuesday after I made countless phone calls to other business' to get pricing and availability on replacing a front and back screen (LCD assembly) for an S10+ .
Ken was knowledgeable on the phone and quickly confirmed pricing and availability of the products I needed replaced for half the cost of what it would cost me to get a new phone upgrade.
I had a quick turnaround as I would be in the city (coming from 2 hours away) on Thursday and Ken was VERY accommodating to my scheduling needs to get the necessary repairs done on my phone.
In the process I was also able to meet his
