Circle P Paving Inc. is located in Stevensville, Ontario. Locally owned and operated, our family business has been providing a variety of road building and road maintenance services to the Niagara Peninsula since 1979. Now entering our 35th year in business our business motto is the same today as it was when we began "to meet or exceed our clients expectations" in everything we do.
At Circle P Paving, we manufacture a cold emulsified asphalt material called RAP. It is characterized as crushed, screened, recycled asphalt and emulsion blended through a pugmill. This process is known as Cold Central Plant Recycling. The resultant product can be used as a stabilized base surface alternative to conventional base asphalt placement or simply surface treated (tar and chip) over.
