Insane pop-up in FB causes more anxiety than I can describe. Their video spokesperson is terrorizing, and there is no way to turn it off, hide it permanently, or report it - It comes back with every FB viewing. for a alleged mental health association, one would figure they thought this through instead of being part of the problem. Evil!

I have contacted this branch twice in recent months. The first time it was DAYS before anyone got back to me. And so far I’ve never received a response from my second attempt! The first time I messaged thru messenger. I was told I’d get a more efficient response if I emailed, so I did that the last time. Nothing. So wonderful to be ignored during a mental health crisis.

As a Community Education Coordinator for CMHA, I absolutely love this organization! I live with bipolar illness and anxiety. As a person with lived experience, I am passionate about mental health for everyone. Though I do not see people one on one, I facilitate a number of groups in the Sussex area which are all free. In Sussex, we have our Amigos… support group, Anger management and the Best Me I Can Be. I am often out and about in our community trying to break down barriers and reduce stigma. If you have any questions, feel free to call me 1(506)432-2101. I LOVE CMHANB!!!!

I so appreciate the memes you place on your site. It has taken a long time and people are finally talking about this in public. Not keeping thier depression secret. Speaking openly concerning thier mental… health. It is so much easier to get support when others know you are struggling. I will continue to pray that more facilities become available. We can not have people fighting for thier mental health and have to wait months for assistance. Thanks again for being here.

I've been struggling with my bpd, ptsd and anxiety for almost a decade I finally finally get answers to what I have. and then nothing, no follow ups no additional help. but change ways program was offered....not feeling overly optimistic that i will ever have help or answers unless I'm willing to pay an arm and a leg for it. unless u do something dangerous and potentially harmful you get next to no help.

I came to Sussex looking for help. As a frequent suicidal person with multiple diagnosis I needed help. After 2 months of " help" , I was told my case was being closed as I knew all the skills, I just needed to practise them. I specifically requested DBT therapy. as it was the only thing I had not yet tried. Sorry to say it did not happen. I… relapsed of course and became very suicidal.i had to contact Mental health 6-8 times and go to their office to get any response. As of today, I still did not receive the care promised to me. Not recommended for anyone who can afford to pay out of pocket
