This was a last minute need for a Vet appointment as I didn't like my previous vet. They were very friendly and professional. Only had to wait a few minutes, which is a very nice change and price for services is very reasonable. The only negative would be the cost of the nonprescription eye drops, absolutely crazy expensive! I went in search of a comparable online and was easily able to find one for $30 less. Wish I had known before I made the visit to the vet. My advice, do your homework first.
In reply to the owners response,
I was prescribed two different medications. The prescription eye

I don’t know if Dr. Sobti’s rates are higher or lower than average, that’s not why I keep going back to him and his staff. I suspect his rates are realistic and reasonable.
I go for my pets care and well being.
I do know ( after about 5 years of seeing him with my 2 smaller, older rescue dogs) that he has never misrepresented or surprised me with anything, that he appears to be, and acts, very compassionate and caring. He also appears to be very knowledgeable and current with veterinary skills and practices.
Over the 5 years I have had several reasons to bring my dogs in to see him. Sometimes

Doctor Sobti is very caring and even treats his humans decently.
He is very well versed in veterinary medicine , and knows how to care for even the neediest clientele.
My wife and I trust him to treat all of our 4 dogs. All have a little or a lot going on with them.
From serious allergies to a mini doxie that couldn't walk for a while due to a spinal injury. Which we though he would never walk again.
Through months of care and rest he showed us how strong he was and now runs around like nothing happened, much to our delight. We also own a rescue Sharpei that has very severe allergies and this

I wish it were possible to give this place no stars. I was with my friend when she took her beloved dog here (the biggest mistake). Asides from the very rude receptionist, Dr. V himself was extremely rough with my friend's sweet, sweet dog. Seeing the way he handled him (who is a very calm dog might I add) was a complete turn off. Beyond that, the vet did not care to figure out why her dog was experiencing the symptoms that he was. We took him to another vet who was determined to figure out the problem and much to our surprise, he ended up having a serious condition. I don't want to think about

I researched Calgary Vet Clinics at great length in the Fall of 2016, when Serendipity was only 7-8 weeks of age, she’s now 3.5 yrs old & she’s doing extremely well with the care provided by Dr. Vijay. He is kind, polite, friendly, understanding, caring, pleasant & highly knowledgable! Therefore I am more than pleased each time I contact him to query anything or when Dipity & I come into the Clinic for a service, most often for her annual exam/vaccinations. She’s living her best life happily & I truly appreciate Dr. Vijay’s care & attention for my active, sometimes rambunkcious Feline.

I’ve been a client at this clinic for 3 years and I don’t intend on taking my fur family of 4 anywhere else, ever. The staff here are kind, supportive, and empathetic. The doctor has a heart of gold and is always available for his patients, he even goes the extra mile by answering all phone calls after hours. I’ve never known a veterinarian and it’s clinic staff to be as caring and accommodating as this group of compassionate individuals. I drive from the far north end of Calgary to the deep south just to give my dogs the best care possible, distance isn’t an issue when you’ve found

This is a follow up to @Kassandra's visit as reviewed here.
Months have passed and of course we still miss our dear Harley. During this time we had received a few voicemails regarding this signature. We finally made time and she (Kassandra) stopped in to get it over and done with. Upon arriving and explaining to the receptionist/vet tech why she was there a unnecessary comment from the vet, "Thanks for the words on Google".
Honestly she was going to say nothing about this whole signature issue but a comment like that, reeks professionalism.
Not only did the vet tech feel it was her place to
