Back in 2015 I was going through a rough patch with employment. I was able to find work at The Brick in Orillia, but they were unable to give me sufficient hours to have a stable income.
Crossroads connected me with Winmar and other odd jobs that kept me afloat. I now work in Yellowknife with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada assisting victims and witnesses of crime in navigating the justice system and preparing them for court. It is a fulfilling and rewarding career, and I owe part of my success in achieving it to the assistance Crossroads.

During the pandemic I'd been laid off from my regular work and had been struggling to find anything, After joining up with Crossroads I had an interview that week (did not get the job unfortunately) and began working the following Monday. The work itself was not what I normally would do, but when you need to work I was glad to get anything. It was even above the minimum wage job I had been doing before.
My time there I had some concerns which I emailed the team and got a call back within 10 minutes. It was nothing urgent (or I would have phoned) but that's how quick they were to follow up with

I was out of a job for a little while due to Covid, like many others. I found Crossroads Staffing on Indeed and so glad that I did. I have not only found the most amazing job, with good pay and benefits, the process was easy and I am hoping to be hired within a few months. All of the staff at Crossroads are extremely professional, responsive and helpful. I was employed by Crossroads for 4 months before being hired on full-time by my current employer. I highly recommend Crossroads to anyone looking for work. It was a great experience working with them and I can't say enough good things about all of the staff that I interacted with.

I worked with crossroads on 2 separate occasions, the first time I was looking for some fill in work for the summer. They were great at offering me various decent paying temp positions to fill in the time I was between jobs.
The second time I worked with them I landed a temp to permanent position delivering propane (dz license) crossroads was great to work for. The work is not always easy but if you keep an open mind and show up with a positive attitude to work every day, they will do their best to keep you happy!
