Galbraith’s delivery service is impeccable. They ALWAYS seem to come through on same-day orders and their deliverers follow instructions to the letter. Obviously, their floral arrangements are not only STUNNING but also affordable. Best florists in the city, hands-down.

I have ordered several times from Galbraith Florists and am very happy with the service. They make it easy for someone living out of province to make someone's day back home.

All I have to say is Wow! Thank you Galbraith florists and staff. I live across the country and decided to send flowers last minute to family who are spending Christmas in isolation. I thought for sure this would not be possible ordering at noon on Christmas Eve but these guys pulled it off and made the delivery within a few hours! I called the florist shortly after placing my order online to let them know they are in isolation and the staff member who answered the phone was cheery and friendly. I was impressed as I'm sure these guys must be very busy at work and wanting to get home on X-mas eve

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We called earlier in the week and asked for black roses with gold on the leafs. They called a few days later saying that the order we placed wasn't available and that they can change it to make it work. When we went in today to pick the roses up the person at the shop showed us the flowers they looked terrible looks like a kid painted the flowers. They told us that we spraied the flowers yesterday now they are opening up that's why you can see the red. We ask her to spray them again and she did so very rudely. When we asked why leaves aren't gold she said they are literally

Today I purchased a flower bouquet for a family member who was having a bad day, within a couple hours it showed up to their door. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and my family member said the driver was very friendly and kept to the rules of social distancing. Hands down, best flower shop around. I've ordered flowers out of province for my aunt who lives in Saint John. Very friendly staff suggested beautiful arrangement that was delivered in within two hours after the purchase and looked absolutely gorgeous on pictures my aunt sent me. She said this one was the best one she has ever received. Thank you for making her day extra special and thank you for doing absolutely terrific job in the middle of pandemic. Stay safe

Thank you for a great service, flowers were delivered to me on Feb 14th as a surprize and it was -10 outside, but they are still beautiful and fresh, because they were not just left outside, I appreciate that the delivery guy called on the cell and mentioned flowers are outside and nobody is picking them up and ask if he should leave them outside or not, thank you again for your extra work and for the high quality service

So I ordered some fresh flowers on my fiance's birthday and they got it ready in an hour and a half's time. I'm so impressed with their fast service and beautiful fragrant flowers. My fiance absolutely loved them! I'm definitely recommending Galbraith.
