A Pressure Relief System; is an interior water control system. When designed and installed correctly, this is an ideal solution that can offer the homeowner a permanent solution to water infiltration through basement walls as well as relieving hydrostatic ground water pressure. Waterproofing solution for all types of foundations including poured concrete, concrete block, stone, brick & fieldstone.

Not only is your crawl space a waste of space, it can also contribute to the dampness of your home, and increase your heating or cooling bill - as it allows air to escape from your home. The normal full or partial crawlspaces will either be a dirt floor, or at most, gravel over a thin plastic vapour barrier.

From the initial call to Al, to the estimate meeting, to end of job, John and his team of Logan and Dante were professional, courteous and most helpful answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. They kept me informed of what was going on and the plan for the next day. They tidied up at the end of each day to minimize disruption to us. Work was done as promised with no delays.

Fantastic service. Logan who repaired our floor and wall crack was awesome. He treated us with upmost respect and professionalism as well did Al. Al gave us couple options for us to choose from to resolve our issue. And explained benifits of each scenario. Had 3 different companies quote our basement. Of the 3, we chose wet Ontario basement solutions. For many reasons. But the biggest one is we felt they were fair and not trying to make it bigger than it had to be. the other companies were trying to just generate big revenue to solving our small issue in a unefficient manner. Owner came to my home and spent the time to explain the process of interior solutions for my problem We wrote up a contract and his crew showed up on the following Monday . The two men were polite and professional completed the job in time estimated. Showed up on time. And left home clean at the end of each day. I had two very pleasant and hardworking boys at my house just before Christmas to fix the water in my basement. It was a big job and they worked hard to get it done within the time frame I was provided. They were courteous and professional from the time they arrived until they left. I was so pleased to see the precautions taken to keep my house tidy during the construction phase.(especially during the holidays) Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend them if you want to have piece of mind that the work is done properly. Not recommended. Unfortunately, customer service was severely lacking. Upon finishing 3 days of hard work, they very reluctantly returned to fix sloppy work - saggy membrane, unsealed sump pump with missing gaskets, duct-taped drain ends... I was made to feel unreasonable for expecting complete work before paying a hefty sum. So much for their claim of "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed", especially for a local family business. I was yelled at and badgered to pay the remainder before as the crew walked out the door. The check valve failed and needed to be replaced after 6 months and Al refused

Al was pleasant and easy to deal with. He had an estimator out to my home quickly who was able to explain the process to me and provide a quote on the spot. It was a busy time of year for Al but he was able to squeeze my job in with a week or so. The staff he sent to repair my foundation crack were on time, pleasant to deal with and cleaned the site up nicely. Zero complaints here from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

I had contacted this company and was happy with how Al managed to fit me in to their schedule the next day to give me a quote for an interior drainage system. However , with a very short 15 minute visit , and a very large quote I felt he gave no room or time for questions as he made it appear that there should be no questions. It was what it was ... and that was that. His lack of customer service skills and lack of empathy was enough to make me turn to another company.. Customer service should really be at the forefront of your business and taken more seriousy when your about to spend upwards of

Ontario Wet Basement Solutions is a company that I would recommend. We found ourselves in need of help to get rid of water out of the basement of our home. My husband and I were frantically looking for someone, this was on a Saturday. We found ONTARIO WET BASEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. We called the number and some one answered, it was the owner of the company, he promptly came to our neck of the woods in Kilworthy. He looked at our problem and sat down with us, explained everything and wrote up an agreement the same day. Three workers showed up on the agreed upon date, worked rigourously for three days
