Vanessa was drawn to the soul-to-soul connection of Massage Therapy and went on to study at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, AB, graduating with distinction in 2010. Missing the Toon Town vibe, she made the decision to move back home in 2013 and continued her practice as a mobile therapist at long term care facilities, out of her home and within a multi-disciplinary health care clinic.
The decision to get back to basics has been a huge part on Sherry's own personal healing/spiritual journey and it made so much sense to start off this new business with the sharing of family traditions of Mediumship, Tarot and Tea Leaves.

Sherry's belief that a healer must heal themselves before they work with others has led her to connect with various healings modalities such as Reiki, Access Bars, Life Skills Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and her latest endeavor of Akashic Records.

Miguel and the other instructors are very knowledgeable and inviting. As a new student to yoga, the instructors made me feel welcome and helped me in the classes. I love to stop by Pura Vida whenever I am in Saskatoon!

I have been practicing yoga for about 9 years now . When I started at another club I didn't realize how much I was doing "wrong" until I came to Pura Vida Yoga Loft . The Hit 26 is one on my favorites and the instructors are very good at providing individual attention and as a result, my practice has changed a great deal. I am calmer, more focused and have generally less aches and pains in my body. I have acquired a mild addiction to Yoga as a result . I also float out of the studio at the end!

I absolutely love this yoga studio. There is a good selection of classes - all of which are fantastic. With knowledgable teachers, super friendly staff, great studio space, changing rooms and showers - overall it's just a lovely place to practice yoga!

Really great experience for everyone, whether you're a beginner or more advanced as the instructors help you move according to your level. Everyone is friendly except for the very few pretentious people that show up sometimes (a lady got mad at me for doing sign language to my friend as I have poor hearing... The rooms are meant to be as quiet as possible, which I was). Instructors are great though and Dallas the owner is friendly and approachable.
