We hired Ultimate to do a recomplete refinish on the exterior of our house including Canexel Siding, Stone, Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters. We are extremely happy with the results. As with any large project like this, there were a few small issues/questions that came up along the way and Marc always ensured they were addressed very quickly. Special call out to Steve for the work on the siding and Dmitri for the Stonework.

Ultimate Renovations installed new siding on my house. I had engaged Ultimate Renovations for previous exterior renovations on my house and was pleased with the results. Marc provided good insight and advice prior to the work starting - Steve did a great job on the prep work, the rigid Styrofoam and vinyl siding installation - Dimitri did an excellent job with the stone work. Overall, I am very pleased with the work Ultimate Renovations did.

We were so pleased with the work of Ultimate years ago, they were our definite go to when we considered our recent bathroom renovation. Over the last decade, Ultimate has been our renovator of choice for a new roof, new siding (both of which were to replace inferior work done by other companies), new doors, new triple glazed windows (locally made), new flooring, new interior paint, and new baseboards. We have always appreciated Marc’s input and his honest, get-to-the-point attitude. We have noted that, with Ultimate, the service does not stop when the work is finished. We worked with Ultimate Homes and Renovations to develop an exterior renovation plan for our house. Marc, the company vice president, worked with with us to develop our vision and to provide us with an overall cost quote which was fully adhered to. Marc was easy to contact anytime with questions and he communicated regularly with all the sub-contractors involved. He visited the site frequently to access the progress. ULTIMATE RENOVATIONS Interestingly the name "Ultimate" derives from their quality of design, construction and skilled workmanship. Don't take my word for it just visit one of their show homes in Lake Bonavista and elsewhere. As terrific as their renovations are, it is their respect for, and loyalty to customers that sets them above all the others.… "Ultimate" built an addition to our home 15 years ago. Exceptional customer service! I emailed the company for a consultation on Christmas eve. Not only did they respond immediately but they spent 2 hours with my family and myself on Christmas eve at their show home discussing the process of renovating. Very informative! Anyone thinking of purchasing an older home that may need some renovations should speak with them first!
