Great veterinarians!😊 I wish that the COVID lockdown would end soon so that we could go into the clinic with our animals.

WARNING. This clinic only cares for the four-legged family members of people who have the wealth and privilege of owning a vehicle. I am not one of these people, and despite the fact that I was reassured by the clinic staff IN ADVANCE that I would be able to accompany my Annie in for her appointment, I was not granted such “luxury”. I had to carry my dog to the clinic because it was too cold for her to walk, only to be told at the door that I could not come in - despite the negative 15 degree weather - and had it suggested to me that I walk home. I have jumped through this clinic’s Covid

Staff are super friendly, always have good experiences here. I have taken 1 cat and 2 dogs over the years and our needs are always met above and beyond. The team have helped me through the sudden death of my cat and the ongoing care of my dog (and a friend's dog that I cared for for 6 months.) I always feel that me and my pet's needs are listened to and taken seriously, I receive excellent education at each visit and resources for further learning, and my pets are cared for warmly and professionally. My dog is always excited to go to the vet because he gets to see his friends and have treats! Thank

Horrible clinic, horrible staff, horrible customer service. We took our cat to this clinic, they diagnosed him with a possible upper respiratory tract infection, and prescribed him a course of antibiotics. We had a followup about a week later via phone, and the Doctor asked us to come in to pick up more antibiotics. We were under the understanding… that the antibiotic extension was covered by the first fee we had paid as the Doctor nor the staff indicated or said otherwise (I guess informed consent doesn't exist at this clinic). We picked up the antibiotics, and while we were there no one

Robyn O'Brien you are so correct. Here is the e-mail that I just sent them:
My wife and I have been bringing our dogs to your clinic for about ten years. We have always thought very highly of the vets that we have met along the way.
A few days ago it was suggested by one of your receptionists that we could go to another clinic. We did and found their receptionist to be far more friendly and professional.
We therefore will no longer require your services. Please cancel all future appointments.

I have 3 cats and have attended 4 vet clinics in the passed few years and I have *always* had trouble so the vet has been an extremely stressful experience for me. This clinic completely changed that and I am so thrilled to have found them!!! The vet I had was incredible, very clear, explained things well, and was easy to communicate with. The staff also gushed over my kitty and wouldn’t stop complimenting her, which was incredibly sweet!!!

The staff here were great with my newly adopted cat, Cheyanne, from . This was her first vet visit since I adopted her on August 8, 2020. They were very thorough with the information they gave me after the visit, talked to me about dental care, and gave me a little sample bag.

The staff here were great with our new kitten and we were pleased with the costs for service. I look forward to taking Stella back in the future and being able to do so with a significant reduction in my "cat mom" anxiety 🤣🐱

I brought my old sick kitty here to be put down and the staff were unbelievably helpful, sympathetic, caring, and just fantastic. They told me step by step what would happen and prepared me for the worst day of… my life with so much kindness. They allowed me to cry out when my baby passed, and my heart broke. The vet hugged me and said she was sorry for my loss. Later on the next week I recieved a card with my kitty’s footprint inside. I cried when I seen that as I was not expecting it! This is truly a wonderful clinic and I’ll be returning when I make an appointment for my new

We have been seeing Dr. Sinclair for years, and she has overseen the care of three of our dogs. She is compassionate and always has your pets interests at heart. All of our experiences with the reception, and vet techs has also been positive. Highly reccomend Mill Creek Animal Hospital!

I want to say that Dr Lisa Sinclair is a wonderful caring person doctor who looked after our dog Bud for at least the last 8 years. Yesterday was a difficult day for my husband and I but Lisa was a rock in… helping us deal with having to let go of Bud after having him for 17 wonderful years. Thank you Lisa from the bottom of our hearts. Terri and Duane Schultz

I have two cats - and I've had two experiences here at the Mill Creek Animal hospital. I'll start by saying that they have never over-charged me for the services. For example, taking tufts of hair to examine under the microscope (5 minutes) might be charged as an "test" or some other poppycock (cost = 40$ at the calgary trail pet hospital for similar test); there was no charge for this examination on my bill.

Today, my veterinarian (Dr. Burant) spent almost an hour going over possibilities for my cat's condition (they may have had a slow day which is why he was able to

I brought my first dog here when he was only 11 weeks old and the staff and female vet were all so kind and have him a lot of attention. I have now brought my new pup in three times in the year and the male vet (I forget his name) has always left a bitter taste in my mouth. I have never been charged under $200 and he has never given me a diagnosis.

My dog was a puppy when I first brought him in and still mouthed and nervous licked (as a vet, they should understand this) but he wrote in his notes that my dog tried to bite him and insisted he be muzzled for the appointment. My dog has never bitten

We came here in late 2014 because our cat had an "episode" and was constantly crying. Our buddy Ozrick was as old as the hills, but we got him checked out anyways. Our vet was Dr. Sinclair, and she was one of the most compassionate and warmest people I have ever met. My husband was a mess about this (he had the kitty longer than I have been in the relationship) so he took it hard, and I was sad as well. Since we couldn't afford much, the Vet gave us some medicine to see if it would help, and told us what it "could" be.
After about a week, little Oz wasn't getting

I have spent a great deal of $$ at this vet and have found them to be consistently late for the appointment. My dog is very stressed by going to the vet and to make him wait 20 additional minutes is unacceptable. When I complained about this the vet more or less told me I could take my business elsewhere, as she thought it wasn't unreasonable to make me wait.

I will gladly take my business elsewhere...

I have been bringing my dog Coco here since I got him nearly 2 years ago. He has had regular check-ups, surgical procedures where he was put to sleep, and some standard visits for ear infections, etc. The staff have always been very friendly and always seem willing to help, even if you are just calling to ask for advice over the phone. When I had to take my dog to an emergency vet clinic one night for kidney problems they were very helpful in sending over some previous bloodwork the next day to help me avoid having to have extra tests done and ensure that my dog was going to be okay. Been bringing our last couple family pets here for many, many years, and I wouldn't think of ever going to another vet. Everyone at the Mill Creek Animal Hospital is super nice and caring, and I have never had a bad experience. They've routinely called back after visits just to see how our pet(s) are doing. Going to the vet is never exactly fun, but they really go out of their way to make it as stress-free for you and your pet as they can. I also appreciate that they help rescue animals from the streets.

Prices are... well vet prices. But I can't fault them for that. When our last

I love this clinic. It's conveniently located, and the staff here are genuinely concerned for your furbaby's well-being. They're gentle, efficient and thurough when it comes to treatment. They do surgerys (we just got one done on Easter Monday), as well as check-ups, vaccinations, Lion cuts, among other things. The pricing seems to be about average for a vet, but it's worth every penny if you love your furry one! :)

There are also the two very friendly and well socialized clinic-kittys that reside there and they seem to be well loved and taken care of too. We could say they
