I've been a customer since I've moved here. I've never made a motor vehicle purchase here but I've had lots of tires replaced, bought some gear/parts etc... They don't stock a lot of inventory. Everytime I call for something it seems like it needs to be ordered.
My son like to go here for 'daddy and son time'. We sit in different side by sides or on quads or bikes. The workers and owners don't seem to mind. Machines are few and far between right now due to the pandemic supply chain issues.

Wish I could give negative stars! Took my machine to them a couple weeks ago because I had heard they are awesome … that must have been a long time ago!
Told them what the problem was, they called me later saying I was mistaken and it was a different problem … called me back again and said I was right after all but now they were “swamped” and couldn’t do the work for another week… why did I even book an appointment then?
They will never see me there again!

I gotta say that the crew here definitely make sure they put the customer first. They were the only one who would return my calls last May when I was looking for an ATV. Mr.Fox was great to deal with and a… wealth of knowledge.
Fast forward a year my quad broke down (front shock) and I met Phil, Sue and the owner Jay in service. This crew went to bat for me with BRP and got me taken care of under warranty and serviced my machine and got me fixed up for the season.
Their store has lots of gear, cool stuff and great products.

Had terrible service in Red Deer with Turple Brothers, so I decided to approach Bow Ridge sports to purchase a SeaDoo for the spring of 2021. Spoke with Byron and he was very helpful and informative over the phone, enough so that I made a purchase without even coming into the shop. This is how customer service should be.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and rude staff! Do not waste your time with this place. We brought our sled in with a problem of excessive smoke production as well as overheating. Three weeks went by and no word from Bow Ridge so we called them. Person on the other end of the phone claimed we were next in line. Another week goes by and we call again. Again we are told we are next in line. Yet another week goes by and we drive up there on a Saturday to inquire and are told YET AGAIN that we are next in line. We voice our displeasure

So took my sons SeaDoo boat to Cocheane Bow Ridge Sports the boat would to stay running more than 5 mins. After a few days I was informed the fuel tank was half full of water and both turbines needed replacement. Today I got a complete drained of the fuel tank. To find not one drop of water in it..now I question did #bowridgesports really do anything, but still bill me for a $134 inspection. will be contacting the BBB to log a formal complaint

Unbelievable service! The staff at Bow Ridge Sports sure know their stuff! I purchased a CanAm Defender HD10 Cab and couldn't be happier with the unit! The sales process was easy and there was ZERO pressure. They have tons of accessories in stock as well and the staff was quick to get me what I needed hassle free! I had stopped at other BRP dealerships in the surrounding area and this dealership by far surpassed any experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! I Will definitely be back and this is, in my opinion the only BRP dealer I would go to! Great job Bow Ridge Sports!!

Missed out on a deal in Calgary and Jay matched it no questions asked on the last model he had. Very friendly and very accommodating. Can't speak for for follow up service as I have not been able to ride the bike yet due to this never ending winter in Calgary. Will be taking it there for warranty issues if I have them and do a follow up review then. Great experience this far! Thanks.

I called in and spoke with a salesman looking for parts for my broken atv the day prior to leaving for a camping trip. Although i didnt end up purchasing the parts the guys at bow ridge not only found me what i needed at a good price but went over and above to source and rush order the parts from any manufacturer they had access to. Ill definitely be back to see them just based on their customer service and willingness to chase down products i needed.

Bought a quad from these guys last month and was very happy I chose this dealership. I appreciated how when I emailed the company asking about the Outlander Max ATV line, the sales manager Lucas emailed back with a list of models in stock,… and clear (out the door, including tax) pricing on all of them. There was no "Why don't you come on in first, and we'll see what kind of deal we can make" type stuff like I've experienced elsewhere.

Worst service I've ever had in 23 years of racing and riding dirtbikes, over charged for work not even done, bike went in clean and i picked it up dirty as could be, not to mention having to grab my own bike from out in the yard and load it with no assistance once so ever. I do not recommend bow ridge sports to anyone they will never work on anything of mine or anyone i know.

Called to have specific service work done (Mercury outboard motor re-jetted for our altitude from sea level). Talked to a knowledgable person, he said they they used to be a Mercury Dealer and they had the parts, it was a three hour job. They were really busy so I had to book three weeks out. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm before dropping my boat off...
The person that I talked to had worked there for six years and had no idea what the work I wanted done was or why I would want it done. He told me they couldn't even get the parts for my motor

Everyone at Bow Ridge have been great to deal with, Lucas and the M7 guys did a great job designing the decal packages, Jason in service has been very helpful helping my son with some suspension tips on his 85. Steve in parts has gone out of his way to find us what we needed, and Sarah in apparel took her time and helped us find the right gear. Overall Bow Ridge has an awesome team.

Go somewhere else. The service staff doesn't show they care about their client. I took my snowmobile there for a tuneup and a few repairs. They were never able to tell me when my snowmobile would be ready. They finally called me to tell me that it was ready and that I could come pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they told me I had a broken spring. Didn't even call me to let me know this spring was broken so I had to leave my snowmobile there for one more week. The service guy even said I called you but you didn't call me back, such BS, he never called me. I wait another
