Services
The Boman Kemp Basement Window Well Systems are a complete solution that include the Easy Buck, Easy Well, vinyl window, safety grate, window well cover, and escape ladder. These basement windows are not only appealing to look at, provide light and ventilation, but they also meet the requirements of the International Residential Code (IRC) for egress.
The Boman Kemp Easy Buck comes pre-manufactured for easy installation using wood or aluminum forms. Once set within the foundation wall, the Egress Basement Window (sold separately) snaps into place within the Easy-Buck. Our innovative buck frames are manufactured from 18 gauge galvanized steel, with a white paint finish, and feature a precision engineered 4 profile that offers superior strength and lifetime durability.
The Boman Kemp Easy-Well (or Basement Window Well) is used to keep earth away from basement windows. It is designed to bolt directly to the Boman Kemp Easy-Buck, or can be bolted to the wall during basement remodeling. Made from heavy-duty 18 gauge galvanized steel, with a white, or stacked stone enamel paint finish.
The Boman Kemp double insulated vinyl window comes equipped with a sliding sash, screen, and is lockable from the inside. It is available in white and almond color, and is also orderable in both Low-E and tempered glass. Installing these quality basement egress windows are a snap with the patented connection system on the Easy-Buck.
High quality, Safety Window Well Grates keep children and animals from falling into the Boman Kemp Easy-Well. It easily slides off on a rubber grommet so that even a small child can remove the Safety Grate and climb out of the Basement Window in the event of an emergency. These windows systems enhance natural sunlight, improve ventilation and provide easy egress in case of emergency.

Within the past couple of years my wife and I purchased the Boman Kemp egress window system rebar and plastic window covers for our home. We have had repeated issues with the plastic covers failing to seal to the rebar with the plastic covers subsequently blowing off during moderate wind conditions.
Recently, one of the plastic covers blew off again and shattered. I called Boman Kemp to advise or the situation and was told that the plastic covers are not covered under warranty. At $95 alone for one plastic cover, it is needless to say that I do not recommend Boman Kemp egress window systems for
