This was my first experience with Needham's and I must say they have their act together. I had somehow lost the cover clamp assembly on my 20HP Mercury (vibrated off.) Hollie brought in the replacement part quickly and still under warranty. I also got some good advice from Chris their technician. So I installed the new clamp assembly with some red Loktite. Just a positive experience all around.

I've been thinking about getting into boating but had no clue where to start! I Called Needhams and Hollie answered and you could just tell that she was so passionate about boats! She walked me through the ins and outs and answered all my questions graciously! I asked if I could come in a get a tour and she introduced me to everyone! Jamie and Mike, their techs and all the boats they have are sparkling thanks to Ray, the detailer!

I have been dealing with Needhams since I bought my boat from them in 2011. Hollie works at the front counter and can help with recommending any products you may be looking for. Jamie, Mike, and Ray are experts in any maintenance that may be required. These guys are experts in winterization, gelcoat repair, polishing, and making sure you get back on the water as fast as they can!

Needham's Marine consistently delivers excellent customer service. I have purchased a boat at Needham's as well as have them service my current boat. The mechanics (Mike and Jamie) are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was over a hundred miles away with my boat on a family vacation and the service department (Mike) spent time with me on the phone to help troubleshoot the issue. Hollie is also very friendly and knowledgeable with service coordination and with special parts orders. Although they service many brands of boats, their knowledge of Sea Ray boats is incredible.

Received great service from Hollie at Needham's Marine. When I ordered a replacement navigation light for my boat the light that was delivered was faulty. I notified Needham's and Hollie chased it back to the manufacturer who would not replace it under warranty. However, Needham's themselves covered the cost of a new replacement and sent it to me free of charge. I received it today and all is good. I recommend Needham's and Hollie in particular for great customer service.
