Brenda at CryoDragon was (and continues to be) very helpful and responsive. The virtual training sessions she ran for Cambridge Memorial Hospital in March 2021 for 10 of our staff (on the creation and checking of Accessible Documents compliant with WCAG 2.0 for the hospital web site) went well and smoothly and she was happy to answer questions during the sessions and afterwards. When I was asked by Country Mile Bus Lines to coordinate the creation of their website, I contacted 4 local website design companies. Two of them never returned my request for contact, one of them got back to me after two days and one got back to me win 3 hours. That company was CryoDragon. I didn't hear about CryoDragon until I saw some flyers being handed out by the owners throughout town. We'd never heard of them before and were looking for a website, so we decided to call and set up an appointment. And we are so glad we did.
My partner and I worked with Craig and Brenda on our new website.
