I have been very impressed with the excellent customer service I received which began with the first phone. Max answered my phone call and took the time to discuss the goals and plans I had for our custom California shutters. Even though we live in London, Max was able to to schedule us in for a quote within a few days and arrived, right on time. He was very courteous and professional and was able to answer all of my questions and took measurements and even priced out our project on the spot. His pricing was quite reasonable and he even offered us more extras and higher quality products than any

I found Max on Kijiji after feeling extremely frustrated with other people I had been given referrals to not getting back to me. I prayed on it and asked God to lead me to the person who could help me get this done. God delivered. I called Max while sitting at work, expecting a voicemail because that's what I had gotten used to but instead I heard a cheerful voice on the other end. I knew Max was the man who was going to do my blinds from the moment he answered the phone.
