Terry Gordon (RHI) has 20 years' experience as a home & property inspector. Terry is a registered home inspector with the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI). CAHPI grants the official designation of Registered Home Inspector (RHI) to members who have proven their technical competence through education, written examinations, field testing and peer evaluations.
