TDL Truck Repairs

Staff is very friendly. Only issue I can see is that the building is further back. Thankfully a friend told me where it was so it was not too hard to find but if you are not accustomed to where you need to go, you would be concerned that you passed it.

Called to make an appointment, told them what vehicle and the problem. Showed up to drop the vehicle off and they bumped the appointment by 2 days, couldn't even call. Then the woman at the desk comes out, while I'm trying to find another garage because a work truck is down, that they wouldn't even be able to work on that vehicle either because of excuses. I asked why didn't they tell me that in the first place when I called and made appointment and explained exactly what was wrong and got excuses about being understaffed. Basically if you're not city of Ottawa this place doesn't care about you

Stopped by to ask about u-bolts for an 85 Chevy K10.
No problem. 20 minutes later I had all 8 u-bolts in my hand for a fair price. Incredible place with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great guys you can count on for always getting the job done right, my go to place for any minor maintenance and suspension work.

I used to work here, and the Management and Owners are extremely friendly and professional. Miss these guys. If you need your truck back on the road, they can pretty much help you out. It's a Small business with a huge heart.
