Our place has aging infrastructure and it's freezing and between Christmas and New Years...and we have a break somewhere... and AJ Pumps has been awesome! Even after I unloaded some of my frustration in an email, the boys were amazing at diagnosing solving our problems. I posted a video on YouTube about an internal water question and some thought it was disparaging AJ, but I posted the question and asked AJPumps

Had AJ Pumps install a water meter in our new home, and the unit itself developed a drip after a year. One phone call and John was out, diagnosed the problem, did a temporary repair while a new pump was ordered, and was back in a week with the new pump reinstalled in a very fast, professional, and courteous visit. All under warranty, exceptional service for us....thank you!

AJ Pumps designed and installed a water filtration system for our home and even after multiple attempts were never able to get it working properly. So, for 8 months bacteria has been continuously contaminating our home. On top of all this their customer service has been terrible and then to have the nerve to expect us to sign a non-disclosure as part of a settlement...not a chance!!

I have a constant water flow that come from under ground into a window well.
I had a make shift pump in the well but everytime it rains I would need to check it every hr or so to make sure it was still working.
AJ was called in to see if they could make this more reliable than the current set up.
There professional service and knowledge has lead to a excellent job that functions better than I would hope for. The installer Jeremy made this job look easy. They finished the job as promised and I would reccomend AJ Pumps to anyone that requires this type of service.

I do not recommend using this company. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by AJ Pumps. After taking time off work to meet them at our house during the day, their staff no showed for the appointment. For the rescheduled appointment after assuring us they would give us notice to meet them on our property they arrived without notice. The person who came to our house was at least knowledgable and solved the issue with our pump within 15 minutes; however, upon receiving our invoice, on top of the minimum $95 hourly rate, we were charged an additional "zone fee" of $75 for attending

Guaranteed 100% regret if using AJ.
We booked AJ to check our sewage pump alarm. Nothing abnormal was found. The total charges were $165 plus taxes but only 62.5 was charged for labor. When we received the invoice, we were all surprised on its unreasonable additional charges:
*$75 was charged for so-called "call out charge". But AJ is only 8.6km from my house. Fuel charge of few dollars may have been heard in some call out services, but $75 is totally unacceptable.
*$27.5 was charged for "sewage shop supplies" because the workman had used a pair of disposable gloves and a pair of footwear cover

We required expert advice for water treatment. They were very informative and help us through the process from getting the samples and reading the reports. The only thing required was a carbon filter. They… gave us the choices available and installed the one we choose. We are very happy with workmanship and it worked well to eliminate the odor.

We had some issues with AJ pumps with regards to original quote versus the final invoice. They did work which was 25% above the original estimate without calling to confirm on change of equipment.
We were able to work with AJ Pumps and came to a resolution on the final invoice with AJ Pumps providing a discount to the final bill.
