Louay Alghoul is the founder of Alghoul & Associates and its principal lawyer. He specializes primarily in corporate law, immigration, and also represented claimants in the Indian Residential Schools hearing process. Christopher Kozier joined Alghoul & Associates in July of 2012 where he dedicated much of his practice to the Indian Residential Schools class action.

Once we have received all of your information, you will either receive an automatic message, or someone from our office will contact you once your information has been reviewed. If your circumstances are unique or urgent, we recommend contacting our office by phone, or selecting "General Inquiry" below.
In addition to these documents, you may have to provide other information when you apply for a study permit. Check the visa office instructions for your country or region for local requirements. If you are not a citizen of the country where you submit your application, you may have to provide proof of your present immigration status in the country where you apply.
You must be a law-abiding citizen with no criminal record and not be a risk to the security of Canada. You may have to provide a police certificate. You must satisfy an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay. You do not need a study permit if you plan to take a course or program in Canada that lasts six months or less.

I had applied for PR with my spouse in June 2018. We had a complicated & difficult case as it was through refugee program where my spouse is refugee and I am not. I must say that Alghoul associates helped us fully through the whole process. The application was prepared by Chaman (who used to work there) and was strong tight, then followed up for all two years by Erin Zimmer. She helped us along all the way for further documents submission & helped us fulfill all the request of CIC.

It is my second time to use their services and they are doing great. Erin is an experienced immigration consultant, she handles your file as per your circumstances according to the law. Also she has a wonderful assistant Paris, she follows up with you every single step And she replys to your emails in a timely manner.
