Dr. Emanuele is a board-certified, second generation orthodontist and a native of Cape Breton Island. After dental school he completed a residency in hospital dentistry at The University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master's of Clinical Dentistry with a speciality in Orthodontics at the same institution.

Dr. Emmanuel and his team are excellent. Each appointment was timely, quick and they answered my many questions along the way. I was also impressed by their Covid protocols - I never felt uncomfortable in the office. If you want a great orthodontic experience, I couldn’t recommend them more.

Finished my treatment plan with Dr. Emanuele and the team and have to say - they are an exceptional team! From start to the end - they were very accommodating with any changes needed and treated all queries as an urgent one. Dr. Emanuele pretty much explained all the steps from beginning to end as well just so that I was very aware of what to expect throughout the process. Very happy with the results of my treatment plan as well! Very hospitable and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get any orthodontic treatments!

I just recently got my treatment here with Dr. Emanuele and I really had a great experience. The team is very friendly and professional and they always made me feel comfortable during my appointments. Dr. Emanuele explained very clearly every steps throughout my treatment and the result turned out really great and I’m extremely happy with it. When I first came here, I was concerned about the cost for the treatment but the team was very understanding and gave me many options for the payments and it really helped me a lot. They also helped me during the pandemic when I was having trouble coping

I went to Paradigm to have my permanent wires removed and retainers made. Every single person there, from the very first phone call, was incredible and made me feel so comfortable. They were sensitive to the financial burden, never made me feel judged (as most dentists and dental hygienists do), and were just fun to be around!! I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Paradigm and honestly I could not recommend them more! After starting my treatment I began to notice results within the first few weeks. Scheduling appointments was always really easy and they gave me parking vouchers every visit so it was always super fast and easy to get in and out. I never had to wait to see any of the team members and the staff are all super friendly which made me look forward to going to every appointment. I have a great experience with Paradigm team. Dr Emanuel is an excellent, kind and knowledgeable orthodontist,. He puts his patient first. I had a fantastic experience with Paradigms Orthodontics. After being a patient of many dentists, it was very relieving to finally have an orthodontist and clinic I could rely on. The manager Danielle was a great first point of contact as I entered the office. She was very welcoming and friendly which was very appreciated for someone who has anxiety dealing with dentists/orthodontists.
Dr. Emanuele was just the same. He instantly made me feel comfortable. He was very… professional, patient, and had a way of explaining things so they were easy to understand. He clearly explained the different options available to me, and didn’t make me feel pressured at any point during the consult.

Great orthodontist; I highly recommend if you're looking for braces, either for your child or especially if you're a mature person and thought it was too late to get braces...it's not! They have the expertise for all patients and are warm, friendly, approachable and provide excellent care. Have a consult then decide...you're so worth it.

Wonderful experience getting a consultation for Invisalign at paradigm orthodontics! The office space is stunning and the office manager is lovely and was flexible setting up my appointment. Dr. Emanuele is friendly, informative and explains every step of the process. Not once did I feel pressured into making a decision on the spot; he went into… great detail and clearly laid out all of my options giving me plenty of time to consider them. I am really looking forward to finally getting my teeth more functional (and prettier!) with this awesome group!

Dr. Emanuele was extremely helpful, informative, patient, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me, show me around, and fitted my braces in less than two hours.
His follow up treatments and appointments are also very informative and he genuinely cares about your progress.
As a young, energetic doctor in the city he is a must visit. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming as well, and the entire office is very clean.
