A. Depending on the time you send the contact form to us or contact us via phone, we will contact you on the same business day. A. In our busy months (typically April-December) do we charge for a 1 hour consultation visit. This allows us the time to spend with you creating the very best design and/or maintenance estimate, and the fee is refunded to you, should you decide to go ahead with the work.

I cannot stress enough the professional and personable integrity of this company and James the owner. My Strata had a huge job that was a big ask of any contractor. James was prompt and easily reachable more than once for updated strategic conversations on how to approach the project. He was gracious and attentive to our budget and went above and beyond to find creative solutions to satisfy our budgetary confinements. This was no easy job! But everyday his workers showed up on time and put their back into it with smiles on their faces and left the place looking amazing. James is a very kind man

I highly recommend Ladybug Landscaping! We operate a preschool from our home and our backyard was starting to turn into a mud pit. We weren't sure what would be the best solution and weren't getting far with some consults with other landscapers. James and his team came to the rescue. He listened to our needs and assessed our outdoor space, mixed in his expertise and came up with a great solution for us! I love that he worked with nature to come up with the solutions as well. I am so happy, I have found a gardener I can trust!!!!!
James of Ladybug Landscaping trimmed my cedars and did some garden clean up today. I did not know what to expect because I chose Ladybug through online research I had done.
I felt fairly confident with my choice because the previous reviews of James’ workmanship were good. The negative reviews were all based on James not doing a ‘job unseen, over the phone estimate’. That actually made me happy. I believe that an accurate estimate can only be given AFTER a proper review of the task is performed.
When James arrived he was very personable

Chris and I have used Ladybug for a couple of years. James,the owner, is a diligent hard worker and is very horticulturally knowledgeable. Like everyone else in spring, you walk out and sigh at the work ahead of you. This year was a bit harder because I walked out as a single mother this year and after a couple tough years the yard was a beast. I called EVERYONE. From goggle to craigs list... I had 6/7 quotes and even hired a few people here and there and I was getting no where.… Nothing was done, I had lost money getting ripped off by a couple people....who took advantage of my situation... And as a last resort I called one of my clients who I knew had a business like this. It was beginning of May and of course they were booked
