Here is an ode to a pantry or freezer is full of apples, carrots and tomatoes from your garden or a friends. May the wonderful feeling of putting food up for winter, to eat later is a pleasure I have forgotten. But this year I felt a need to get in touch with the plants and my garden. The connection to the earth is so grounding and healing when you just need to get away from the stress of the day.

Life moves so fast but when you spend time in the garden it stretches out and a feeling of calm washes over you. So get in touch with nature. Walk barefoot on the morning or evening grass. Push away your worries and cares. Just stand still in the moment. Hold it. Do it again.hold. Now your are connected to your inner self.

Kims grandfather inspired the seedlings of passion that led to the Ownership of Health Matters. At the age of five, her regular visits to a local health food store gave Kim a keen appreciation for the smell and application of Herbs and Natural Remedies. She had visions of Bins of Herbs. Her continuing interest in a Healthy way of Living led her to a free seminar offered by Udo Erasmus, a leading researcher on the topic of Healthy Fats.

Excellence advice and friendly staff, never pushy and they know what you need in regards to supplements, never trying to sell you something you don't need. I typically go there for the massage services, I always leave refreshed and rejuvenated. A friendly, like family, atmosphere, I always feel welcome there. Great place and Excellent pricing. :-)

This is a privately owned health store and Wellness Clinic with hand picked products and we'll trained staff and practitioners. I always feel confident in the purchases I've made after receiving sound advice from the staff. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality health food products and services whether you are looking to get better or maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy their many informative classes.

Unprofessional staff. had a few massages at this location at one point, the staff outside were SO loud you could hear all their gossip. There were no customers at this time of day, just the two staff outside the massage room, gossiping like junior high kids. Twice the massage therapist asked them to lower their voices, but nothing changed. I stopped booking massages there ever since. But continued to purchase supplements.
But, watch how they bag your items. They've missed placing paid merchandise into my bag. I don't think they do this on purpose, but it happens. And happened more than once. One

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! Anytime I have a health related question big or small I know where to go. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, every time I walk in everybody greets me with smiles and are willing to help me. It's a great feeling knowing that these people know what they are talking about. And the best part is that it's a one stop shop, you can get acupuncture, massage therapy, reflexology and many other wellness treatments. I always feel happy leaving this place and feel that the employees truly care about helping me :) Big thanks to health matters team!
