I've been a customer since 1995 and have always been treated with respect and had everyone go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. Our family business is landscaping, and they usually have most everything we ever need on hand. That's the main reason we shop there almost exclusively, they have lot's of parts on hand. We have 4 dirtbikes that aren't Hondas but choose to buy 98% of parts from penticton honda center because of the service... Thanks Nicole and Glen!! And everyone on staff!!

Fast, professional location. Bought my first chainsaw from them, and even though the store was packed, Glen took time to walk me through a lot of things he didn't have to. Right there I became a loyal customer. I was chatting with the other people waiting to be looked after, and all of them had positive things to say about the staff and service, which was why they didn't seem to mind waiting. It's so refreshing to see a company that understands that customers are what makes a place a success. (Edited from 5 stars) I've bought 2 dirtbikes and 2 chainsaws from these guys and I just wanna say they used to be absoloutely awesome and a dream to work with but I'm not sure what happened in the past year but I wouldn't trust these guys to change my rad cap, litterally. It flew off on the way home from picking up my bike after an inspection. And they were only doing the inspection because of they're previous mess up where they didn't tighten my rear break fluid cap and I ended up frying my rear master cylinder. I will say they helped me out and fixxed the issues but still..As a side note, James

I highly recommend this place. I purchased a Polaris Ranger from here and received excellent service. Harrison helped me make a very well informed purchase and found me the right machine for what I needed. Glen & Nicole along with their team at Penticton Honda are fantastic to work with! I have purchased many pieces of equipment and the sales team know the equipment they sell. The experienced service technicians have worked on all 4 of my motorbikes and done everything from major motor repair to general service. When I had an issue waiting for parts they were honest when things didn't go as planned and were fair when it came time to to work through the issue. When it is spring, their service team will be busy like any other shop. Take their recommendations pre-season when they suggest ways to avoid

This past month I feel like I’ve visited PHC every day. I bought a dirtbike, broke my snow bike, bought a new snowbike kit, special ordered a bunch of parts etc. I feel like the only thing I haven’t done here (yet) is buy a new chainsaw, or snowblower etc. This shop and the staff are so on point...from the service department to the sales department and everyone in between, everyone is dialed. Don’t waste your time ordering parts or gear online...my special orders arrived in like 2 business days & the pricing is as good or better than anything you’ll find online...plus when your bike breaks
