This is really Great place to find accommodation. Provide nice facility, properly paperwork and friendly staff. I am new here and they help me for accommodation with proper paperwork. I am really glad to them and property owner as well . Thank you so much LaRoche McDonalds. I will definitely recommend others too .

You can't find less careful people in Saskatoon. They don't care about tenants. And when you will go to their office to talk, they will make sure that they are treating like the worst possible. So, peoole who are looking for places, get this free advice, "DO NOT rent from La Roche". If it was possible to give negative rating, i would give that. Unfortunately one star is the worst you can give.

I had a walkthrough with their representative and filed the rental application (which means the apartment still available). I came to their office 1 days after to submitb the application & reference letter. Couple of hours later they calls me and said the apartment is not available anymore and offer another bigget one with much higher price. The representative should not accept new application or at least he should have informed me once there is someone else want to rent that apartment. Waste of my time...

They've been handling all our insurance needs for ages now and I'm so grateful. they make it easy. Even when we had to make a claim, these guys made it easy. i just call them first, whether it's renewing my license, making a claim, or changing bank information. they handle almost all of it and definitely anything they sold to me in the first place. if a better deal comes along they bring it to my attention.
