Services
We will meet with you on your site to discuss your needs and how you foresee the development of your property. Often times homeowners would like certain elements to remain undisturbed, ex: certain trees, pathways, landmarks, etc. We will work with you to accommodate these important requests. We will assess your site and explain the type of septic system which will fit your onsite conditions and answer any questions you may have.
Even with proper installation and routine maintenance, your system can still break down and the components will eventually require replacement. Your septic system is comprised of many working parts, all of these parts are subject to wear and tear and must be monitored in order to determine when repair or replacement is necessary.
The purpose of a design is to create a blueprint for your septic system. Grayline will align you with a certified and experienced septic design consultant. The designer will complete a design based on information about your home including the number of bedrooms, square footage, the lot layout, as well as complete a soil analysis to determine the soil structure and content.
All infrastructure requires regular maintenance and if left too long without it, expensive upgrades or total replacement is often required. Your septic tank should be pumped out every 2 years, possibly annually depending on usage and the size of your septic tank. Earlier this year, I found out that my septic tank could not be repaired but needed replacing. I contacted Grayline Contracting and arranged for Matt to come out and have a look. He arrived promptly on the agreed day, informed me of the procedure and had an estimate for me in a couple of days. Matt managed to squeeze the job into a free day, 2-4 weeks ahead of schedule. I was able to watch the change out from start to finish and admired the professionalism and expertise displayed by Matt and Tom. Matt answered any questions or concerns I had concisely and left the excavated site ready for topsoil

We contacted Grayline after we were having issues with our septic system. They were able to fit us in and we couldn't be happier with the results. Other contractors were wanting trees to be cut down in order to get the tank in, but not Grayline. They worked with the limitations of the property and were able to get the new tank installed. So glad we went with them as they were able to ensure that the sewer lines were properly installed (the old ones had cracks) and they even graded the area for proper drainage.

Our alarm went off on our septic system and we immediately called Grayline. They were able to do some troubleshooting over the phone and determined that an emergency repair wasn't required so we set up a time for a look the next day. They were on time and were able to determine the problem, all the while offering different solutions. Great service!
