We asked Scot to show us a property in Port Albert. He arrived with a complete set of the listing and associated documents. He visited the property the night before our showing to make sure he was familiar with it. He has extensive knowledge of the Goderich/Port Albert area. Even though we did not buy the property he followed-up with us to see if there were any others we were interested in and without asking contacted us to let us know the selling price of the property. I have no reservations about his services.
