Paul Swindells started working in the granite industry in 1992. He started working at a slab plant where granite blocks were cut into slabs. Later, he started purchasing the natural stone or slabs to create beautiful countertops and vanities. In 2005, Paul along with his wife Lisa decided to open a fabrication shop.
They started with a one bay shop where Paul would cut and fabricate the kitchens by hand and Lisa worked in office. After 14 years, they have a crew worth bragging about. Let me tell you a true story about an installation company we hired to install new Granite countertop, sink faucet, tiled backlash.(this is not about the $$$)
After we chose countertop, we al so selected sink/ faucet. There was also tile we selected. Was told there were things we would have to hire somebody to prep kitchen for installation, and they recommend somebody the work with, does great work, and if you choose him they'd coordinate with him well. He would do all the work we don't! Next the countertop installer came by to do final measurements. Gave office a call said both guys came by did

I have dealt with many companies while carrying out home renovations and this was by far the most frustating experience ever. After the measurements were completed I was told to contact Lisa to get an installation date and that was the start of my nightmare. She gave me a range of dates (probably two weeks from now on Friday or maybe the next week) however, she would back to me. After a week and no call, I contacted her and she told me once she got her schedule together she would let me know. Needless to say, on the Thursday, I called again and she said they will be out tomorrow morning (Friday
