The easiest 5 star rating I've ever given.
Glen has helped me out over the phone twice and he was kind enough to not charge me. He will pick up his phone and try to help with basics over the phone. He's very knowledgeable and can diagnose the issue within a few minutes.

Excellent service. We needed a thorough inspection & maintenance of our gas furnace - ready for the winter season. The rate was competitive, service was prompt. I called Glen at 7:45 in the morning, he talked my husband through some methods of trouble shooting (to see if it was something we could fix at home to avoid an unnecessary service call). He diagnosed the problem over the phone, arrived by 9:30 with the part he needed, 30 minutes later the heat was working and he was on his way.

I cannot believe someone gave Glen only one star. Especially considering they are outside of his district and still had their furnace working.
This man goes above and beyond the call. He is both honest and kind. He's prompt and has very reasonable rates. I have waited twice as long and paid twice as much with other companies. Thank you Glen!
