In the past several years, we have bought a window, a large door replacement and two skylights. On all of these, we have been given fair prices on high quality products and timely (within the constraints of manufacturing supply) delivery and installation. The staff are uniformly polite, professional and knowledgeable. Their installers have been skilled, careful, thoughtful, clean and personable and a pleasure to have in our home.
They are responsive to questions and product problems and quick to try to make things right. Where they have not had the in-house knowledge base for product tweaking

Our project involved three large windows. One of which was very large and quite complex. We are VERY happy with the end result. We have been so impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail ....and patience! This project started almost 2 years ago!
It made all the difference in the world that Greg and Richie came out to our house twice during the process to help determine all the important details. This gave us so much confidence and in the end, a really terrific result.

I was fortunate to have a gift certificate for The Window Centre and my initial intent was to put towards a new front door. After the kindness and flexibility of Greg the salesman, I realized that I wasn't in a good financial place to put a new front door in due to having a two side-lite door size. Together we put our heads together and decided on new door hardware from Emtek. My door now looks amazing with a new lovely swirly passage door knob, dead bolt and door knocker all in a lovely polished nickel colour.
