The cash staff are great.....but ask Megan about if a product is available ,,,,The answer SORRY I DON'T KNOW. Me, then who knows,,,,, answer ,OH WELLNESS STAFF WHO IS OFF TODAY,,,,,me, I here today. UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT HELP,,,,
Let me tell you how you help, go and find out from a buyer ORRRRRRR take my number and call me back when you do.....with this store being so busy and popular you do not have staff available that know. Just simple customer service goes a long way.

Store itself is great. Casher should really work on their customer service. The Asian long hair cashier can't stop chatting with her coworker, didn't even bother to acknowledge us. When I asked how much, she said looked at the screen then turned her back continuing chatting. Might as well put up a self serve cash. Why bothering hiring ?

This place sometimes has some nice affordable protein type snacks - wraps and sandwiches - a lot of stuff like that - they have some good variety at surprisingly cheap prices - today's experience there was both good and bad - my store made and packaged enchiladas were tasty and a good deal at around $6 - but I made a big mistake with the quiche - buying it because it was cheap - why punish people because you're giving them a good deal? - that quiche was the last word in BLAND - it had no taste whatsoever - here's a memo for Choices - people buy food because it has TASTE - GOOD taste.

Love the drive, and since the renovations, Choices has been my grocery go-to. For a compact store they have all the healthy essentials, and then some. The cashiers are usually really nice and you rarely have to wait to be rung through. They also have a nice little selection of eco-concious free local papers and magazines. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that limited produce section (and it's a wee bit pricey, even for organic - and I would wait till they have specials on). All in all though, it's a great place to shop, and in what I consider to be one of the few real neighborhoods

I have to say that I am definitely impressed by the quality of produce, organization, variety and selection of local cheeses and meats (there are certain items that I can only find here after searching high and low elsewhere), and the customer service is great as well - a couple of whom went above and beyond what I would expect when I was having trouble locating certain items. I hear that other locations vary in size and what they have on hand, but I am happy with what I have seen here and would definitely return.

I try to support local businesses in my neighbourhood and I like Choice's organic offerings. However, the service at this location could do with some improvement. I always bring my own bag and 80% of the time I end up bagging my purchases without any assistance. The cashier just stands there! As I always do, I place my open tote on the counter. Once, I decided to take my time paying for my purchase via debit and didn't make any move to bag my items. The cashier just looked at me blankly after passing me my receipt. The cashier didn't move a muscle and looked like they had no intentions

Choices Markets is a chain supermarket that sell high quality, organic and specialty foods.
It located on Cambie Street and 19th Ave, it's so convenient and they closed till 11pm.
I liked they carry good quality of produce and their price quite comparative with Wholefoods but less selections.
Yes, money can buy the convenient. Got what I need, pay and go.

Sweet baby J....it was like someone declared a state of emergency in Vancouver so everyone was getting as much food as possible. There were actually empty shelves of some things. I've never seen it so bare!
While the shelves were bare, the lines were nuts! There was a line that went around the entire refrigerated fruits/salads section back to the fridge aisle. SHOCKED!
When we checked out, I asked the cashier if this was normal on a Sunday and he said yes. Everyone's getting it done before the week starts. He mentioned two days that were almost entirely empty...I'll be sure to

A terrific grocery store on the Cambie corridor.
Choices seems to be one notch below high-end grocery store like Meinhardt or Urban Fare. They have some unique offerings, and many of their products are organic. This location also carries a wide assortment of supplements and vitamins. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and crisp here. They do an amazing job in maintaining their produce. The delicatessen is somewhat small and limited.
Staff are friendly, and the checkout is usually very short. They usually have several staff manning the tills, so I've rarely had to wait more

Wow, this place is pricey! Occasionally I'll come by because it's the only market in the area, but I cringe every time I do. The produce is mostly organic, but even by those standards it's super overpriced. On the plus side the selection is good considering the size of the shop, and they're open until 11pm (hence 2-stars). But, for these prices you'd be better to shop at Whole Foods and get a wider selection and better quality.

Probably my favourite place for "fast food" in kelowna. They have a deli style fill-a-container with awesome choices from Indian to Chinese to Greek to delicious salads etc. also tons of choice of wraps, sandwiches (all premade so it's fast), pasta bowls, perogies, and usually two or so fresh soups of the day. Delicious!

Very disappointing.
No organic produce when I was here and it was very disappointing to see regular run of the mill crap on the shelves. Sure, there are a few healthier options, but why call yourself an organic market if you don't really have organic products?
I was much happier with the selection and real organic produce at Nature's Fare down the street.

Lots of mangoes here today, but I needed a loaf of bread - picked up Artisan Bake Shop Ancient Grains, promo'd at $1 off. I'd forgotten how tiny this Choices is; this location will be expanding in the near future, which should help a lot.
There is always a good selection of fruits and veg, right in the front of the shop - easy to pop in and get a fix quickly.
Friendly staff, great selection considering the smallness of the shop, and a short walk from work when I slave at the 12th Avenue site of my employer.

Very good store for organics or conventional items, prices are middle range, but reasonable. Their meat department is one of the best in Kelowna with a large selection of free range, specialty and wild meats, turkey (JD farms, yum!), chicken and salmon (wild sockeye - excellent). The produce department is usually well stocked, and the prices and selection quite good. They do support local and BC products. They have a large health and vitamin selection.
As a frequent shopper I enjoy their loyalty program, every once in a while I get $20 off. They usually have good weekly sale items on

I miss my Choices. A grocery store gets into you, literally. For years the majority of the food that I put into my body came from this Choices store. A small convenient grocery store that has almost exactly everything that I want and need, and I'm out of there in 15 minutes. They have some of the best prices on Greens + which has kept me alive after all these years, plus after a bunch of points on your card you get a $20 credit. I always forget about it, until that one day that you end up redeeming it. Free food!

This is what I consider my main grocery store. They generally have everything I need including a good selection of gluten-free baked goods. The main drawback is that it is small and be quite a challenge manoeuvring by people, but the good news is that it is expanding at the end of this month, yay!
One more thing keeps it from getting a perfect score- once in a while they hire a cashier that's a real numbskull. Thankfully, those ones don't seem to last that long.

A fairly small grocery market that carries most of the necessities. It also has a holistic pharmacy, which is pretty cool. Need a Himalayan salt lamp? Look no further!
What I love most about this Choices is they have little paper bags of day-old or expiring fruit/vegetables that are super cheap (even organic)! Not sure if I should be posting this on yelp... hmm...
The prices here are higher than what you'd find at Whole Foods, Sav On, or corner stores such as Kea Foods on Main Street.

Until Capers' recent entrance into the South Cambie area, Choices had hegemony over organic produce. They offered a more enlightened approach to produce where freshness was always of the utmost importance, subsequently promoting health and fitness through their stock.
Today, they continue to uphold to their core values. Selection may not be as varied as what is now offered at Capers but they still manage to stock everyone's organic favourites. They have regular sales where certain items are offered at a reduced rate, making it slightly less expensive than Capers.
