Really experts & professionals in forklift services
Earlier we were doing repairing of our forklift from other service providers. Our forklift gives problem regularly even after regular maintenance & repair work. We switched to these guys & show our problem.
Westminster lift truck services explores all the issues & then explain us about the major concerns with their actions. Herve attend this forklift & made some customized changes by inserting additional metal part with welding work at our site. The issue is resolved permanently & our frequent pain is gone.
Now we will do regular maintenance

Honestly never going to use this company again. Estimate was way off. Service department has no idea what they're doing. When I called in, the lady on the phone seemed like she had only worked there for the last hour as she had no idea what I was trying to get at. Thanks but no thanks, save your money and your time. The company needs a complete rehire.

We recently hired Westminster lift truck for our project at City Center 2 in Surrey. We rented equipment and used their forklift and pallet jack services. The service was unparalleled. They gave us a time showed up, the way the equipment was delivered and the service given was something I have never experienced. They put you at ease. Possibly the worst service and management. After the purchasing a unit here this company doesn't care. Waiting 3 months for items to be repaired promised on the purchase. Then they repaired one item and caused other problems. Now I have no back up siren and lights. Maybe I have been to patient with their run around and inability to schedule the final repair. DONT PURCHASE OR SERVICE HERE
