I have done laundry here twice now,it's clean and tidy . The owners are friendly and welcoming.

I went here to receive alterations on my dress for a wedding. The dress required that the bust was taken in so that I would not need a bra, and that it was hemmed to be shorter. Upon returning to get my dress the first time, the dress (which fit perfectly and did up fine prior to being taken here) would not do up, it was not roughly 2 inchs on each side to short to do up the zipper. I was assured this would be fixed. What bothered me most about this visit is one of the seamstresses asked me if " I had gained weight". This was extremely hurtful as it had only been 2 weeks prior my dress fit perfectly

I brought in a dress for my bridal shower that I needed altered in less than a week and the ladies at Guelph Cleaners had it finished in 2 days and it fit perfect! The work was flawless, the staff was friendly, and they turnaround time was quick! I will certainly be going back for future alterations needs!

This is the best place for alterations in Guelph!Tammy is incredible and makes sure everything is perfect. I also go here for all my dry cleaning. Last time they put my item through twice (once for free!) to make sure it was as clean as possible. I love Tammy! Every time I go in she is smiling and so kind 💛

I needed the entire back of my wedding dress completely changed for a different style, as well as some hemming done to the length. Not only can you not tell any work was done, but it turned out even better than I imagined. SO professional, entire dress took less than a month (only needed 4 fittings), and in and out in less than 20 mins each time. I felt so relaxed leaving my precious dress with them. EXCELLENT value - I feel like I was undercharged for the amount of GOOD work they did. Thank you!!!!! 5 STARS

Critical: Professionalism
Good place for alterations but I wouldn't trust them with your dry cleaning. Lost my suit pants and took a long time to resolve the situation. In the end the compensation was no where close to replacement value of the suit.

I dropped off 3 Company Branded Tablecloths that are very difficult to fold. I thought I would get told the same thing as the last Laundry Service, please don't bring them back - too hard to fold. The Staff were exceptional and welcome my return business. I love how friendly and personable the staff are. They are good listeners ,very happy and a pleasure to experience. Thanks again for your outstanding service.

They were very quick and accommodating - in less then a week they were able to alter my dress down to fit perfectly! Super friendly service, will use them again!

My soon to be and I both had alterations done here as well as dry cleaning. The alterations on my dress were beautiful.
We couldn't have asked for better service and with a smile!

Just had a jacket wonderfully altered here and reasonably priced. I also have had jeans and dress pants extremely well done at great prices and timely done. You should use their services . You will not be disappointed. The woman I dealt with I believe is Dawn and she is fantastic!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been going here for years and my family was regular clients as well. One family member warned me that they recently ruined hemming their sheer drapes but they did not take any recourse as the store owner said that it was the 'fabrics' fault. We recently took 4 panels of IKEA drapes there to be hemmed anyways, and when they were returned, each panel was a different length. 1inch to 4inch difference! Basically they were ruined and could not be used anymore. When we called to complain, she blamed IKEA for making different length

I love this place. They are friendly, cheap and quick! I leave my dry cleaning with the ever-smiling Dawn, and she has it done for me the next day. I have used their alteration/tailoring service 3 times and they have done an excellent job, including one major alteration job. I've used other dry cleaners and they are more expensive and take longer. This place is a gem.
