Terrible service broken promises terrible what an awful experience when you get to the airport and find your flight all screwed up when you booked 6 months prior and paid in full this travel agency took no responsibility for our troubles here as well as she lied and gave our bus seats in Europe away separating us from our children leaving us stranded at the Zagreb airport waiting for her other clients that she screwed their flights up to! If you take money for booking clients travel you take responsibility her husband and her should have waited for their other clients. Really stranded at two airports

I had to change the day of my return as the month of the return was incorrect and I didn't noticed it prior to paying for the flight and I didn't get any help or support to re-book the returned ticket. The air flight company was telling me that the travel agent needs to change the ticket date but that didn't happened. After numerous calls to Lufthansa over couple of days I finally managed to change the flights and come home as I planned. Lufthansa customer service was exceptional, Spring Travel agency was not.
