I ordered one trophy for a birthday gift. It was perfect, beautiful, and done quickly. They even went one step further and made a second plate (no charge) just incase I had wanted the date added to the requested engraving. Excellent customer service with very sweet people. I could not have been happier. I highly recommend this company.

AWFUL. The experience was painful, they copied all my information wrong, they wrote down my credit card number wrong, there was a lot of back and forth and then the end result is I paid for a trophy and it was delivered with an obvious error, even after I checked it (how does that even happen?!). I requested a new one over and over for six months and it never came. Apparently THIS IS A VERY COMMON EXPERIENCE with them. The last email I got (after following up persistently) was that it shipped out in December 2017. I NEVER RECEIVED IT.

In 2006 I had my daughters sweet 16 birthday party and the event theme was Oscar night a d Red carpet we order one 100 gold Oscar small and lard that we gave to her guest everyone was impressed and loved the plaque. Thanks to North York Trophies for making her sweet 16 a wonderful night filled with great memories.
