Massage Therapy is a regulated health profession based on the application of hands on therapy techniques in order to positively affect the soft tissues and joints of the body and aid in healing. Shortly after Graduating from Centennial College with a diploma in Massage Therapy in 2004 Janine came to the O'Connor Rehab and Wellness Clinic to join the team.

Jordan and Tenzin are first rate physiotherapists. I broke my elbow last year and had to undergo surgery. After that I dislocated my knee in an unrelated fall. The variety and pacing of the exercises I got here fixed me up close to 100%. Time and continued exercise at home will do the rest. I am very happy with the level of care I received.

I only go here to get massages usually so i can only comment on that! but Janine is magically, for sure go see her if your looking for a nice deep massage!
She knows how to make you feel comfortable, and relaxed she does talk to you (if that’s something you want during ur appt) i enjoy it because she explains to me what’s going on with my muscles!
she also is always making sure the pressure is good!
10/10 would recommend

My first visit yesterday and I was very impressed. Nice comfy clinic space and great staff.
Jordan did my intake and had a great clinical manner. He really knows his stuff and made me feel very confident in the care I would be receiving. Cheryl on the front desk was a pleasure to deal with.
Looking forward to my series of treatments and resolving the pain and dysfunction I have been dealing with. Super happy I found these folks.

This all inclusive clinic has chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy and a premium physio clinic. Jordan Duffy, the clinic director has a doctorate in physiotherapy. It would be difficult to find better care anywhere. I have been going there for 16 years as I have a chronic condition that needs a variety of interventions.
