Through our standard tender process, we purchased our shallow water rescue jet boat from Tru North Yamaha and Marine in Prince Albert. The on the water training Tru North offered with all four of our battalions and Tru North's high level of after sales customer service was superb. We were at the lake on holidays when we encountered some boat trouble. We contacted Tru North and they were friendly, accommodating and respectful from start to end. Terry and Neil made the customer experience great and I would highly recommend this business to anyone. They were quick to help and we were back on the water with little downtime. Had my side by side in for service they had to order an axle, full fluid and filter changes, grease the suspension, and adjust the e brake, I was under the impression it was going to take a week or more as its peak season for boats and atv service but they ordered the axle completed the work and had it back to me with all of the work done properly and cheaper than I had expected within 2 days, they even had it loaded and strapped to the trailer, first time I've brought a vehicle here but they will be getting more of my business I was beyond impressed with the speed and service

Amazing service. I bought a used jet boat from them, when I got it home it was taking on water through a cracked weld from some previous impact. I could not source a welder in my town willing to do the repair. Being a welder myself, i didn't have a spool gun for my machine to make the repair. They wired me the money to purchase it! Boat is repaired perfectly and all is well. I drove 9 hours to get this boat off of them, and the next time I need a boat I will be driving another 9 hours to buy one from them.
